In summer 2021, the Penguin team completed the full fit-out and refurbishment of the West Park Hotel Courtyard, which features a stunning all-weather dining and events space.

Located in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, this award-winning boutique hotel is part of the Provenance Inns & Hotels group and is a longstanding facilities management client of Penguin FM.

The £130,000 project was completed in 8 weeks and involved us working closely with architects and interior designers Bowman Riley to deliver the high-end hospitality and events space, bringing to life their beautiful design and ensuring every detail was finished to the highest standard.

Our in-house joinery team built bespoke items including the bar, cabana booths, mobile DJ box and the seating areas, which contain fully heated seats and were crafted out of Iroko wood.

With a retractable roof, the space is a fantastic all-year dining and events space and provides the perfect backdrop for any social event or occasion.

Collaboration with our supply chain and architects Bowman Riley was key to the success of the project and their lead project architect said of it:
