Penguin FM is an independent, tech-driven facilities management partner, operating nationwide from our base in Leeds, to keep our clients’ buildings safe, compliant and running the way they should.
We combine smart technology, including CAFM systems that give real-time visibility into every job and every site, with people who know what they're doing on the ground. That's how we keep buildings efficient day to day and set up to perform over the long term, across building maintenance, compliance and fit-out.
