This exciting project saw the Penguin FM team work closely with Leeds-based baking entrepreneur The Savvy Baker to create a brand new production unit for this growing business.
The team designed and installed a new production kitchen, packing and distribution area, complete with large-scale industrial ovens and a walk-in refrigeration room, which has enabled The Savvy Baker to boost production output by 400% and recruit 10 new members of staff.
